We have an exciting opportunity for a Product Assistant to join the product team in our Bath office.
In this role, you will assist the product team in the day-to-day duties and administration tasks across product development, range planning and buying.
Please note that you will need to be able to work from our modern, central Bath office at least 3 times per week.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to the product team including new product listings, price changes and maintenance of all internal systems with accurate information updates
- Manage samples and product storage including timely receipt for range and development meetings and the coordination of all sample requests from the business
- Provide support with presentation packs for review meetings and new product launch sessions
- Competitor analysis including trends and new launches
- Assist in buying projects as required
- Organise regular critical path & supplier meetings
- Manage weekly lingerie fit meeting & model bookings.
- Support & participate in the preparation of product photoshoot sessions
- Measure and inspect garments for fitting when necessary.
