Job description
Our client is a blue chip organisation based in Thorp Arch just outside Wetherby. This is a Hybrid role working 3 days from the offices and 2 days from home. Working within this supportive administration team your duties will include
- Data entry of new enquiries onto the company’s bespoke system.
- Creating accurate quotations from the enquiry entered onto the system to then forward onto clients on behalf of account managers
- Updating and maintaining the system including spreadsheets and documentation
- Responsible for all administration including producing reports via excel & correspondence as & when requested
- Providing telephone support to the sales team providing excellent customer service
- Taking client bookings via telephone and the centralised e-mail bookings system, checking the clients have provided all the relevant information and booking these on to the system for the correct date.
- Working within a team who are responsible for job completing all tickets and invoicing, providing team members with support in these activities when required
- Maintaining continuous professional development and competence for the role
- Any other reasonable duties as and when to suit the business requirements
