As the Scrum Analyst, you will work in an agile Scrum environment driving and supporting delivery throughout the software development lifecycle.
What you’ll do:
  • Deliver exciting, customer-centric experiences, working closely with your scrum team other analysts, solution designers and UX to identify the best solution.
  • Create user stories using analysis techniques such as BDD and INVEST
  • Be an active participant in scrum ceremonies, working with the scrum team to define and understand the goal of each sprint to aid sprint planning.
  • Maintain the scrum backlog, keeping it up to date with the latest scope and prioritise
  • Proactively work with team to identify cross team dependencies.
What you’ll bring:
  • Have a strong track record of using Agile methodologies to deliver working software
  • Excellent analysis skills
  • Passion, drive and resilience with a solution focused mindset
  • The ability to work both autonomously and collaboratively within an agile team
  • Excellent collaboration and facilitation skills, with the ability to develop strong relationships
  • Experience in tools such as Confluence, Jira, Miro, Figma

Where you’ll work:
Livingston Watermark House
Our lively campus is a free shuttle bus away from Livingston South train station and the town centre. Plus there’s onsite parking available for cars, motorbikes and bicycles.
You’ll be well fed at our subsidised canteen, and you can keep in shape at our onsite gym. Or play a game of pool or table tennis.
Osterley
Our Osterley campus is a 10-minute walk from Syon Lane train station. Or you can hop on one of our free shuttle buses that run to and from Osterley, Chiswick Park, Gunnersbury, Acton Town and Ealing Broadway tube stations. There’s also plenty of parking, bike shelters and showers.
On campus you’ll find six subsidised restaurants and a Waitrose. You can keep in shape at our subsidised gym, catch the latest shows and movies at our cinema, get your car washed and even get pampered at our beauty salon.
Leeds
Our spacious tech hub is less than a mile from Leeds train station, with free water taxis available form Granary Wharf. There’s also plenty of parking in the surrounding streets and at the nearby CitiPark.
You can keep in shape at our subsidised gym or we even have pool and table tennis tables.
