We are looking for a highly motivated Product Analyst to join our team to build out our next-generation global fintech solution. You will work closely with product managers, designers, engineers, growth and customer support colleagues to develop and optimize our product. You will be responsible for gathering and analyzing data, identifying opportunities for improvement and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive product success. You will be part of the Growth team to build out product features that will enable us to acquire and engage customers effectively such as referral and rewards features.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Work closely with Product and Growth leads to translate ideas and business requirements into stories that are ready for development
  • Analyze product performance metrics and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and growth opportunities
  • Develop and maintain product dashboards, reports, and other tools to track key performance indicators and provide insights to cross-functional teams
  • Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers to define product requirements and prioritize product features
  • Work closely with data team to design and implement experiments to test product hypotheses and evaluate product performance
  • Conduct competitive analysis and research industry trends to identify opportunities for product innovation and differentiation
  • Communicate product insights and recommendations to stakeholders across the organization, including senior leadership, engineering, and marketing teams
  • Monitor product launches and updates to ensure successful adoption and usage by customers
  • Contribute to the development of product roadmap and strategy by providing data-driven insights and recommendations
Requirements

What you’ll need:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, economics, computer science, or a related field
  • Experience in product analysis or a related role at a fintech company
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in data visualization and analysis tools (e.g., SQL, Excel, Mixpanel)
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams, including product managers, engineers, and designers
  • Experience working with growth and marketing teams in the past building features that drive acquisition and engagement is a plus
  • Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and product management frameworks
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders
  • Passion for fintech and a desire to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
  • You’re a strong team player, ready to work in a high performing, analytical and results-driven environment.
