The Good Company Reps are a leading agency for artist management, specialising in luxury commercial fashion and editorial. We are looking for a dynamic individual to join our team with immediate start.
This is a hybrid role with a requirement to be office based in north London for initial onboarding of upwards of 5-7 days, and thereafter, it is hybrid and shoot-based at times. Suitable applicants will be London-based, please do not apply if you are not.
AGENCY PRODUCER & ASSISTANT ROLE
CORE RESPONSIBILITIES
Production
Plan, budget and manage all production requirements across multiple jobs for the agency’s artists. Adhering to agency processes and exacting standards, including but not limited to:
- Maintain and manage (alongside the Agent) all artists options.
- Maintain and manage all artists calendars.
- Manage, collate and file client requirements on jobs e.g. creative brief and budget.
- Create estimates and timelines for all jobs.
- Option and negotiate all preferred external partners required for jobs and shows e.g. assistants, studios, post prod; in-line with budget and timeline.
- Managing all domestic and international couriers for clothing sample shipments (with knowledge of customs documentation post Brexit).
- Manage travel itineraries and travel logistics and all associated admin e.g. 3rd party billing requests.
- Book and oversee all artists' flights, hotels and ground transport on international jobs.
- Maintain and manage sharing of artists call sheet details for all jobs.
- Ensure all artists and clients requests are met leading up to and on shoot days.
- Create sales invoices (wrapping jobs): request/collate supplier invoices and all associated costs; reconcile to budget and hand off to the finance team.
- Daily support and communication with the agent, artists and clients for any day to day or additional project requirements.
Assisting Agent
Working closing and supporting the main Agent with a variety of administrative duties, including but not limited to:
- Maintaining all master documentation; estimate, invoice, call sheet, creative brief, option tracking.
- Daily support on ongoing tasks and projects outside of production to ensure they run efficiently and deadlines are met.
- Diary management.
- Creating up-to-date contact lists for the agency/keeping agency mailing lists and artist databases up to date.
- Resizing, filing and distributing artist's work immediately upon public release.
- Overseeing monthly mailers promoting artists' new work.
Requirements:
- London-based
- 2 years' proven similar role experience, producing multiple jobs simultaneously in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment, touching on all responsibilities stated above.
- Ability to work proactively, independently and remotely
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Highly organised with exacting attention to detail.
- Able to meticulously manage budgets/numbers
- Understanding of agency representation and the fashion industry.
- Proficient user of up-to-date Mac software and macOS
- Basic Photoshop knowledge
- Proficient user of Google Drive and Microsoft Office Suite operating systems
