  • Run sprint retrospectives and lead the team in examining, iterating upon and enhancing development processes.
  • Lead the team in feature scoping and help to develop the product roadmap.
  • Ensure deadlines are realistic, achievable and well communicated.
  • Budgeting responsibilities - help to forecast future spend and keep the budget up to date.
  • Work and coordinate with other teams both internally and externally (such as marketing, outsourcers, tools and localisation).
  • Enhance and protect a positive team culture.
  • Identify, communicate and manage risks to keep development on course.

Requirements

  • Previous production experience (or equivalent) in video games, preferably in mobile free-to-play, running as a live service.
  • An understanding of the F2P business model & mobile development.
  • A solid understanding of Agile and Scrum development processes.
  • An understanding and appreciation for lean development principles and how to implement them.
  • Experience using project management tools like Jira, Asana, Monday.
  • Strong emotional intelligence and a genuine interest in the wellbeing of the team.
  • Great written and verbal communication skills.
  • Confidence in communicating updates and issues with the team and across the wider studio.
