Amiqus have partnered with an exciting new studio based in London, who are looking to hire a talented Producer to join their growing team. The team are made up of award-winning veterans who have come from AAA backgrounds and have a history of releasing a range of games, some of which have topped sales and records charts worldwide.
As the Producer, you will be tasked with overseeing schedules for multiple products, tracking milestones, quality checking and steering the Production principles, whilst having the foresight to spot bottlenecks and blockers that can slow down the project. This role will suit someone who actively gets involved with the development teams and can keep the processes going efficiently and on budget. Also champions an autonomous approach for production flows.
The studio offer a range of exclusive studio benefits, flexible working hours, pension, a generous holiday allowance and regular attendance to games industry events. This role also comes with full training and future development plans too.
This role can be either 100% remote working (indefinitely), or a hybrid model if you prefer some days onsite. You must be based in the UK already to be eligible for the 100% remote working option.
Requirements
- At least 2 years’ experience in the games industry as a Producer or Assistant/Associate Producer
- Experience with shipping Console/PC games
- Autonomous and able to use initiative with minimal supervision and a confident decision maker
- Experience with Submission Processes
- Excellent communication, with the confidence to present to senior teams
- Superb attention to detail
