Procurement & Supply Chain Analyst / Business Analyst Hertfordshire
Job description
My clients who are a leading large scale multi-national business are currently recruiting for a Procurement & Supply Chain Analyst based in Hertfordshire (hybrid working 1 day onsite per week / fortnight) to join on a permanent basis.
The Procurement & Supply Chain Analyst will be responsible for proactively support the Procurement & Supply Chain excellence function taking an active role in partnering a diverse range of teams. You will bring integrity and attention to detail, adding value through improving the visibility, presentation and accuracy of data. You will also collaboratively shape and prioritise resource and work-plan activities.
Role - Procurement & Supply Chain Analyst
Location - Hertfordshire
Type - Permanent position
Salary - £35,000 - £50,000 (DOE) + benefits
What we're looking for:
- Strong analytical experience, ideally in a procurement environment (would consider wider general analyst i.e data, business, finance, sales and more)
- Able to support cost tracking and analysis throughout all elements of the Procurement lifecycle
- Have the ability to clearly communicate and connect risks/opportunities in support of business case creation, able to persuade and influence
- Have a proven track record to develop, and implement solutions in a matrix organisation
- Understanding of complex problems, and able to undertake organised and logical analysis, identifying key issues with recommendations
- Strong data analyse software experience
- Good appreciation of core activities (Spend, Risk, Performance metrics)
- Continuous improvement and problem-solving experience
