Senior Presentations Operator (Evening Shift)
Salary: £33,893.34 plus evening shift allowance 15% £5,084
Location: London (EC4N) – Fulltime – 4pm – 12am Monday to Friday
Format: Hybrid

Williams Lea is the leading global provider of skilled business-critical support services to financial, legal and professional services firms.
We provide Taxi’s for journeys home after 10pm and we operate on a hybrid system – 1 week out of 3 onsite, or onsite to provide annual leave and sick cover (onsite is required during probation period, after completion, hybrid working is fully adopted)

Purpose of the role:
The role of Senior Presentations Operator is to create presentations in accordance with the client templates and corporate guidelines, to a high standard in terms of accuracy and quality while working within a small team of experienced colleagues, managing your own day-to-day workflow. The ideal candidate will have considerable experience in reprographics and pitch-book production.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Advanced skills in MS PowerPoint and Excel charting
- Must work with a high degree of accuracy and a creative eye for slide layouts
- Advanced Excel charting, including recreation from hard copy materials
- Knowledge of Adobe InDesign, Photoshop & Illustrator desirable
- You will be self-reliant, being responsible for your planning, scheduling of activities to ensure best use of time and resources and monitor work in progress to ensuring commitments made to the client met.
- To ensure the client communication is at an appropriate level and frequency.
- To build a professional and working relationship with all clients.
- To ensure SLAs are maintained and monitored.
- Taking a pro-active approach to time management of yourself
- Motivating and leading the team by example through a professional yet approachable style, clearly setting out expectations and standards.
- Advising/consulting clients on best practice for mark-up submission.
- Estimating production times through a thorough pre-flight, agreeing deadlines and overall workflow management using Insight.
- Renegotiating deadlines, ensuring the client collaboration to an appropriate level and frequency.
- Production of print, mostly pitch-books and small Marketing publications
The Experience:
- Experience of working in a corporate culture.
- Ability to work to tight deadlines whilst under pressure.
- Must be able to work on their own initiative.
- Strong organisational skills.
- Excellent knowledge and ability to use MS Office, specifically for Excel, particularly skilled at advance charting and PowerPoint 2016.
- Excellent job administration skills
- Excellent client focus with brief taking ability.
- Good written English and proofing skills.
- High level of customer focus and confidence to liaise at all levels within the Bank.
- A theoretical knowledge of graphics production and basic use would be advantageous.
- Continual improvement mentality is vital.
