will need to analyse data and identify value for money savings opportunities / support services, support the development and delivery of commercial best practice, processes, governance, guidance and tools, provide timely and accurate management information, build and maintain pre-defined stakeholder profiles and specifications to a high service level, operate compliant procurement process /programmes across 1-3 month horizon and bridge self skills and development gaps.
