We produce bread and bakery products created with Hovis goodness at the heart of each. We deliver around 1.3million loaves, every day of the week throughout the UK and Ireland, where we also make Mothers Pride and Ormo products.


We are 2,800 people working within 8 bakeries, 1 flour mill, and 2 regional distribution centres across the UK. The Role:


To gather, report and input data, facilitating the smooth provision of information to functions and site operations.


Key Accountabilities:


Production


  • Scanning in of process paperwork
  • Understand drivers in yield and waste
  • Agree daily transfer/input of manufactured goods into System21
  • Maintain and prepare waste reports
  • Send out daily headcount and labour reports
  • Develop & build ways of capturing production data and deliver to the SLT
  • Communicate production errors/concerns to management
  • Process all inputs & reconciliations for timely completion of reporting and stock taking
  • Generate production reports for management and operations
  • Use methods to analyse data and generate useful business reports
  • Evaluate issues, analyse root causes and develop tools/solutions
  • Cleaning and replenishing production sheets


Finance


  • Raising purchase orders for all departments
  • GRNS of purchase order
  • Invoice queries from accounts
  • Courier booking and reconciliation
  • Organising and processing charity bread donations


People


  • Functional / Operational Excellence
  • Ensures accurate recording of data


Team


  • Ability to communicate a compelling and inspired vision for the site's teams.
  • Ensure regular communications with the team to encourage a collaborative and positive working relationship
  • Provide holiday/sickness cover to other admin team members
