We are looking for an experienced ProcurementManager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the purchasing process and be able to effectively manage vendors and suppliers. The Purchasing Manager will be responsible for communicating with suppliers, developing strategies to reduce costs, and ensuring that all orders are fulfilled in a timely manner. The successful candidate must have excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as the ability to work independently.
* Work experiences in Pets industry is highly preferable.
Responsibilities:
- Monitor and manage purchasing operations.
- Communicating with vendors and suppliers.
- Analyse market trends and research potential suppliers.
- Develop and implement purchasing policies and procedures.
- Manage inventory levels and ensure timely delivery of goods.
- Monitor supplier performance to ensure quality of products and services.
- Maintain accurate records of all purchases and invoices.
- Assist on company growth strategies with forecasting and analysis.
Job Type: Part-time
Part-time hours: 20 per week
Salary: From £15.00 per hour
