Ocean Infinity is seeking a highly motivated and analytical Systems and Data Analyst to join our dynamic team People and Culture team. The Systems and Data Analyst will be responsible for optimising the use and performance of our HR Systems. One of which, Workday, is in the process of being implemented. In addition they will produce and analyse Human Resources data across the systems, providing insights and recommendations to inform business decisions. Reporting to the Head of People and Culture, they will work closely with stakeholders across the organisation to identify opportunities for process improvement and drive innovation through data analysis. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Travel to our offices worldwide will be required.

What will you do:
- Manage and maintain the organisation’s P&C information systems, such as HR software and databases
- Alongside the relevant P&C team, manage employee records, including personnel files, employee contracts, employee information, compensation and benefits data, and employee performance records
- Ensure the security of people’s data, protecting sensitive information from unauthorised access or data breaches (works alongside IT department to achieve this);
- Based on the guidance of regional leads, generate HR reports and analytics, providing valuable insights and data to support HR initiatives and decision-making, such as:
- Headcount and turnover data & data on payroll, benefits, and compensation
- Effectiveness of recruitment efforts by tracking metrics such as time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, source of hire, etc
- Data on employee performance
- Effectiveness of training programs
- Alongside the relevant function, work to automate P&C processes across our HR systems where possible, such as employee onboarding/offboarding, performance management, and compensation planning, to improve efficiency and reduce manual workload.
Who you are:
- Qualification in HR, or related field, and is passionate about numbers and data analysis;
- Experience in implementing and/or developing and maintaining HR systems;
- Experience in data analysis, database management, and/or programming;
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to analyse complex data sets and provide insights and recommendations;
- Experience with data visualisation tools (e.g., Power BI);
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders;
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment;
- Strong understanding of quality management such as standards, regulations and applicable policies and procedures;
- Good practical experience with office tools: MS Office, Google Drive, Teams, e-mail, among others;
- Strong work ethics and ability to treat sensitive information in a professional manner;
- Thoughtful, thorough, and conscientious;
- Interested in others and strives for the best for the team;
- Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritise work in a fast-paced environment;
- Strong communication skills;
- Driven, proactive and able to work autonomously with little supervision towards the company’s purpose;
- Critical thinking and ability to show initiative;

- Enthusiastic about protecting people and the planet.
Desirable:
- Experience working in a global or matrixed organisation;
- Experience with Six Sigma/ Lean Processing.
