We are excited to announce the opportunity for an Intern to join our Procurement Team at Enterprise Holdings' European Head Office in Egham, Surrey. The role will allow you to learn about how a business “buys” products and services professionally. There is a lot of skill to buying and by joining our Procurement team, you will be exposed to new skills such as commercial negotiations, supplier relationship, risk and performance management, along with legal contracting.
This role enables you to work on projects across the whole business and that impact all European countries. The position will involve learning how to manage an e-sourcing event end to end, learn how to conduct commercial analysis, interact with suppliers and a wide variety of internal stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Run routine e-sourcing events across the business
- Run ad hoc projects
- Attend and support with supplier meetings and events.
- Support our Supplier Diversity Program
Qualifications
- You must be a current undergraduate university student looking to undertake a placement year as part of your course (any discipline)
- Competent user of Microsoft Office products (particularly Excel and Word)
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Great analytical skills with good attention to detail
- A fast learner with a ‘can do’ attitude
- Self-motivated and self-disciplined with a strong work ethic
- Team player who can work well within a team as well as on your own initiative

Our assessment is only based on how you perform against the competencies that are required for your role.
