The salary range for this role is set at £44,400.00 - 63,200.00 however we are looking for candidates within the salary range of £50,000 to £55,000 About the role As the Process Solutions Senior Analyst you will play a key role in implementing process modelling standards & frameworks for the Partnership. In this role, you will work with leaders & Partners across the Process Profession & wider business to engage, educate & collaborate with projects and business areas using a Hub and Spoke operating model in support of our business transformation and continuous improvement activities. You will play a key role in the definition and continuous improvement of the Partnerships Process Modelling Standards and will provide administrative support for our strategic business process management software. You will provide training and coaching to Partners across our business in order to enable them to efficiently document processes in order to improve understanding & form the basis for analysis for decision-making & end-user knowledge. You will ensure that all process frameworks & tools are supportive of our ambition to upskill the wider organisation in process management & continuous improvement, whilst considering the ease, flexibility & accessibility of the tools & frameworks. What will you be doing? You will be supporting the development & adoption of process modelling tooling & methods across JLP You will provide process modelling & analysis services to the process profession & other business areas You will be designing & providing process modelling training & mentoring to a variety of stakeholders across the business You will support the development of a process modelling roadmap You will support the development & optimisation of our process modelling platform You will apply your understanding of business process management to adapt & introduce new ways of working Essential Skills Demonstrable experience of process modelling using a range of tools (e.g. ARIS, Signavio, Visio) & techniques A clear understanding of process hierarchies, frameworks & standards Experience in managing process hierarchies, frameworks & standards Strong stakeholder management & influencing skills, & the ability to connect & influence within the Process Profession & at all levels across the Partnership Demonstrable experience of training and coaching Demonstrable experience in framing issues, conclusions & recommendations to enable quick decision making Benefits of the Partnership You will enjoy 25% discount at John Lewis and 20% in Waitrose The Partnership has a competitive pension scheme where your contributions will be matched by the Partnership (up to 8% of pay) Excellent work-life balance, including a focus on well-being and flexible working and our marketing leading equal parenthood leave Policy Find out more about the extensive range of exciting benefits that you could enjoy when you join us on our website under About the Partnership; Benefits Next Steps The application form consists of a CV upload followed by application questions.
