An award-winning property management company are looking for a Process & Metrics Analyst to join their Performance & Insight Team. Please note that this role is largely home based, but you will be expected to travel to their Worcester and Luton offices around once every 2-4 weeks - you could be asked to come to either office for 1-2-1s or stakeholder meetings, so need to be able to travel to either.
It's a really exciting time to join this organisation as they begin their journey to become truly insight-driven, having recently introduced Power BI to provide accessible reports for business decision-making! You don't need to have any existing Power BI experience for this role as long as you have a strong background in Excel, and will have the opportunity to learn Power BI on-the-job!
The focus of the role is to work closely with Operations leaders to understand and improve the efficiency of business processes and workflows, allowing for more effective data management, better data capture and more thorough data analysis and reporting. Using your deep analytical skills, you will suggest ideas for improvement, and provide actionable insights that will allow this organisation to reduce their costs, increase revenue generation, and deliver a better customer experience.
This is a brand-new role in the business which is a unique blend of business process analysis and reporting using Excel and Power BI. They are looking for a driven individual with self-starter mentality, who is able to go beyond simply producing reports like a traditional analyst might - you will need to be able to pro-actively identify process gaps and take action to really improve the way that data is handled and utilised across the organisation!
