Role Summary:
Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:30 to 17:00
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Support with recruitment, including reviewing CVs and shortlisting
- Onboarding checks, including references, right to work and security checks
- Inductions and new starter assistance
- HR system support and guidance
- Processing leavers and conducting exit interviews
- Supporting internal and external requests related to the HR department and individuals employment
- Employee record maintenance
- Completing references and ad hoc letters
- Assisting with the development of internal strategies and improvements, including wellbeing and engagement
- Admin support for higher level HR duties and projects
- Payroll assistance
- Overseeing the set up and completion of mandatory learning
- Employee of the month and length of service awards
Personal Qualities and Experience:
- HR experience and qualifications desired but not essential
- High levels of accuracy and attention to detail
- Great communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong administration experience
- Confidentiality/ discretion
- Ability to manage own work load and time
- IT Literate (experience of using In-house systems)
