Job Details
Openly is seeking an experienced Claims Process & Customer Journey Analyst. The ideal candidate is highly skilled in property claims processes and has a passion for the customer experience. In addition, this person excels at collaborating with others to effectively problem-solve opportunities and influence those that do not report directly to them. This role requires a customer-driven, process-minded, self-motivated, high-energy individual who can efficiently function in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Claim process design and implementation
- Ensure we are providing unparalleled Customer and Agent Experience with proper KPIs and reporting
- Knowledge of insurance contracts, investigation techniques, legal requirements, and insurance regulations
- Ability to work effectively in teams and with a wide variety of people
- An aptitude for evaluating, analyzing, and interpreting information
- Ability to drive KPI's in a rapidly changing environment
- Perform periodic claim reviews
Requirements
- At least five (5) years of P&C claims experience (property claims)
- At least two (2) years of process design experience
- Four (4) year degree required
- Proven leadership skills, including direct or indirect problem-solving skills
- Strong problem solving and analytical skills; strategic thinking
- Strong written and oral communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively at multiple levels of an organization
- Experience with program and project management (preferred)
