We are looking for talented Research Analyst to join us here at YouGov. Supporting the Data Products team, gaining experience and exposure to further develop as a researcher and drive customer success.

Responsible for client satisfaction and engagement as part of a mini team for a number of clients, driving client retention, as well as helping uncover opportunities for account growth in partnership with the Commercial team
- Executing on a care plan for clients including onboarding and ongoing training of new Data Products clients
- Aid with delivery of C-suite (Executive Level) ready reports and insightful analysis to clients that forms an essential part of their research and data needs
- Regularly review Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) on clients engagement, tool usage and client satisfaction for our growing number of clients
- Identify and escalate potential client satisfaction or engagement issues to your line manager and wider team and help to implement solutions
- Collaborate and coordinate with New Business and Account Management functions to provide an integrated client experience that promotes account growth as well as retention.
This is a entry-level industry role, so qualifications focus more on competencies. The applicant should be interested in the market research industry.
