Job description

An excellent opportunity for an organised, efficient and experienced Private PA to support an UHNW British entrepreneur and Motor Racing Professional based in Bournemouth and Grove. This role is predominantly providing support to the family, his business interests and the support of a full time Motor Racing driver currently within the Formula 1 circus.

Responsibilities:

  • Extensive diary management for two individuals, one business/family focused the other sports person.
  • You will need to manage the diary of a Driver who is attending Motor Racing at the highest level and simply be at his beck and call for anything that he needs organising. You will need to co-ordinate with multiple stakeholders to manage logistics, media appearances, simulator sessions, team meetings, training and engagement at multiple factory sites, both in the UK and overseas plus other tasks.
  • Whilst they are travelling abroad in difference time zones you would be expected to work the hours to suit them, this includes evenings and weekends.
  • You will also need to manage the diary of a businessman that is focused on further investment in Motor Sport and various technology businesses, including the support of start up concepts being developed. This will include the support of initial team recruitment, offices etc.
  • Arrange the coordination of lifestyle management duties, e.g. dinner reservations, bill settlements, (where needed) booking of entertainment, and other business and recreational activities
  • Schedule and attend meetings, takes minutes and prepares records of proceedings
  • Ability to take a brief and develop this into a larger plan for sign off, identify gaps in the brief and be comfortable to come back for more information to get a clearer picture of the brief.
  • You are not expected to travel abroad, but it would be advantageous if you could travel internationally to Formula 1 race circuits at short notice if required. However you would be expected to travel between Poole and Grove, Oxfordshire when required.

Looking For:

  • Previous experience working as a Private PA ideally for a HNWI/Family
  • Previous experience working to support a top flight sports person and familiar with the associated pressures.
  • Able to think and act quickly under pressure, especially when travel plans do not go to schedule
  • Strong IT skills (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Someone who has flexibility to work the hours the job requires. This is not suitable for anyone who wishes to work 9am - 5pm Monday - Friday.

Role is office based in Bournemouth/Poole and within the household nearby and remote.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: £45,000.00-£60,000.00 per year
