Job description
You will support the UK Relationship Managers in providing best in class service to high net worth and ultra high net worth clients. You will be working alongside the Relationship Managers in the daily servicing of client relationships, often being relied upon as the key contact in initiating client instructions such as managing payments, asset transfers and updates to their records with a keen focus on record keeping. The ARM role collaborates closely the with wider business including Business Management, Operations, Treasury, IT, Investment Services and the wider Relationship Manager team.

You will work closely with your Relationship Managers whilst joining a wider team of 10-15 RMs and ARMs, benefitting from their wealth of experience. As part of a core team, you will build working relationships with the wider business within Wealth Management including our Account Opening Team and our Client Service Operations team. No two days are ever the same and some of your tasks might include helping clients open an account, helping a client update their information on our systems and dealing with client queries. This position offers remote working opportunities for an agreed amount of days per week.
We are looking for:
- Graduate degree holder, Level 4 IAD preferable.
- Results-oriented, highly organised, able to manage a complex workload and prioritise accordingly.
- Advanced level of Excel and PowerPoint knowledge.
- Demonstrate interest in financial markets and daily market movements.
- Outstanding presentation and communication skills; positive personal impact.
- Strong client focus but also has the ability to say no to clients when required.
- Collaborate effectively and enthusiastically across the platform, ability to manage work well as part of a broader team.
- Ability to anticipate risk and to react / call out appropriately.
