Our Network Response team have an opportunity for you to join as our new Network Inspector, with no experience require to apply.


In this exciting role, you’ll be given the opportunity to build a career in an area focused on our Water Quality. You will learn and understand the impact we have on the environment and our communities. You’ll be provided with excellent training to enable you to excel and successfully operate industry leading equipment. This with the added bonus of being supported by a brilliant team.


Like we’ve said, if you haven’t got any relevant experience don’t worry, we can help with that. We’ll give you all the training, guidance and support you need. All we ask from you is that you’re a team player, you’re driven and tenacious, you think on your feet, you enjoy problem solving and you hold a current driving licence.


As a Network Inspector you’ll be based from our Minworth site. You will work a shift pattern of 11-hour shifts, four on, four off (mornings, afternoons and nights) – the hours for this role average out at 37 hours per week with an opportunity for paid overtime.


Some of your other key accountabilities will include:


  • Responsible for delivering scheduled work to improve our customers Water Quality and reducing Supply Interruptions.


  • Be able to flex your approach and actively re-prioritise for any unplanned changes


  • You’ll be accountable for your own health & safety and have a duty of care to your colleagues & anyone affected by the work you do, such as the general public / site personal.


WHAT YOU’LL BRING TO THE ROLE


We’re seeking our new Network Inspector to be comfortable delivering great customer experience, be computer literate and have passion for the water industry.

Due to the nature of the work, you’ll also hold a full and valid Category B driving licence a minimum.
