An exciting opportunity exists for a committed and enthusiastic individual with experience of working in a customer focused service or operation.


About the job


You will have previous experience leading customer service teams and demonstrate the ability to communicate effectively, in a manner appropriate to different audiences, verbally and in the written word.

The possession of effective organisational skills, with the ability to determine priorities to meet deadlines is an essential requirement, as is the ability to solve problems, identify solutions to routine and complex / sensitive issues.

A full and valid driving licence is essential for this role.
