Job Title: Primary School Teaching Assistants (SEMH)
Salary: Up to £100 per day, paid fortnightly on a Friday.
Contract: Zero-hours contract.

Aspire Behaviour Management have several opportunities to join our Specialist Supply Agency, with opportunities in Bolton, Burnley, Lancashire, Bury, Blackpool and more.
The Children and Young People we support have a range of Social, Emotional and Mental Health Needs (SEMH), and are identified as at risk of exclusion from mainstream education. Therefore, this can be a challenging role but one of the most rewarding.
The role will involve supporting Children and Young People on a 1:1 basis, within a classroom setting.
Who we are looking for:
· Previous experience working with Children and Young People.
· Grade 4 or above in English & Maths (or equivalent)
· A passion for going above and beyond for Children & Young People and the individual needs they have.
· Effective communication skills.
· Calm, understanding and empathetic.
· Engage with the children by modelling positive relationships.
· Willingness to learn about the Children and Young People you are working with, to support them to reach their full potential.
What you will be doing:
· Using effective behaviour management strategies.
· Developing positive relationships to assist with progress and attainment.
· Assisting with pupils in the classroom settings.
· Assisting the Teacher / Room Lead to set up the classroom and/or activities as needed.
· Classroom administrative tasks, including maintenance of records.
· Ensuring the classroom, and school environment are safe, clean and kept to a high standard at all times.
