HCA
Yardley Wood Health Centre is a multi-specialty group with an established presence in the Birmingham area. We have a team of highly skilled and experienced physicians and nurses who provide comprehensive primary care services. We are seeking a primary care HCA to join our team and provide care to our patients. Successful candidate should be passionate about providing high quality care to patients and excited about growing with the organization.
Job Duties:
- Complete blood tests, chronic disease annual reviews, NHS health checks, ECG's, wound care
- Maintain adequate stock levels
- Participate compliance checks
- Administer vaccinations following a PSD
- Maintain accurate medical records.
- Participate in patient education and help coordinate health care services for patients throughout their visit at Yardley Wood Health Centre
- Participate in nurse led clinical meetings and support leadership of the organization to ensure that the physician meets the organization’s expectations for quality of care.
- Perform administrative duties as needed.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Business Manager/Nurse Supervisor
Skills:
- Excellent communication skills (oral and written) are required.
- Excellent interpersonal skills (oral and written) are required.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Job Type: Part-time
Part-time hours: 30 per week
Salary: £12.00-£15.00 per hour

Education:
- GCSE or equivalent (preferred)
Experience:
- Primary care: 1 year (preferred)
Licence/Certification:
- Driving Licence (preferred)
