Administrative Assistant is a key role within the busy VJU where you will be responsible for undertaking a variety of administrative functions supporting the department to run efficiently and assisting cases to progress effectively through the criminal justice system. You will also play an integral part in recording and maintaining performance data in relation to case file performance and timeliness. It is therefore key that you have excellent attention to detail.
You will be responsible for managing the admin department email account and will need to assess the emails received to establish the most appropriate course of action and ensure that correspondence is dealt with in a timely manner. You should therefore also be proficient in the use of IT skills inc Microsoft Office applications.
This opportunity would suit a highly-motivated and enthusiastic individual, who is able to easily adapt within a continuously changing environment. The admin assistant role will enable you to play an essential part within the criminal justice environment.
