Personal Assistant
A private family office is looking for an accomplished and experienced Personal Assistant to work directly with principals, supporting personal affairs. This is a role with plenty of variety, perfectly suited for a smart, sharp, dynamic, and self-motivated individual.
The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years’ experience in a similar role having worked for HNW individuals and families.
Job Requirement
Must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 or have intention of doing so (due to working with vulnerable people).
A driving licence is preferred.
Main responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:
- Diary management
- Event organisation and planning
- Extensive researching, information gathering and summarizing
- Keeping accurate files and records, implementing administrative systems and processes.
- Management of household staff i.e., Handymen, drivers
- Liaising and coordinating with household and office staff
- Managing diaries and organising meetings and appointments
- Managing bookings, reservations, online transactions
- Running various errands such as shopping, laundry, collections and returns, sourcing gifts, etc.
- Flexibility to be able to travel when required by the principals
- Handling corporate tasks when necessary or needed
- Performing all other miscellaneous tasks as requested by employer.

Location: Working at the Family Office in Central London, with an option to work twice a month from home, subject to Principals’ requirements.
