Pricing Analyst - Fund Administration
Working for a leading Fund Administrator the successful candidate will be responsible for pricing strategy and supporting the growth of sustainable profitable revenue.
You will collaborate closely with internal stakeholders and leverage your expertise to develop pricing models that align with the firms business objectives and enhance competitiveness in the industry
Key Responsibilities:
Commercial and Pricing Strategy Development:
- Conduct analysis of client needs, and industry benchmarks to identify pricing opportunities and optimize revenue generation
- Ensure proposals comply with pricing policies and internal governance frameworks
- Champion the use of the pricing tools and approach to standardise pricing processes to improve efficiency and consistency
Pricing and Client Analytics:
- Evaluate the effectiveness of existing pricing structures and preparation of viable commercial proposals.
- Identify areas for improvement, develop pricing recommendations, and collaborate with relevant teams to implement pricing changes that enhance profitability whilst ensuring client satisfaction.
- Develop and maintain client key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor the impact of pricing strategies.
- Generate regular reports and provide insights to senior management, enabling informed decision-making and strategic adjustments when necessary.
- Support, maintain and develop pricing tools. This includes implementing updates, resolving issues, and providing ongoing technical and training support to users.
Collaborative Teamwork
- Work closely with the marketing, client facing and finance teams to align pricing strategies with business objectives.
- Collaborate on client negotiations, opportunities, and service enhancements to drive revenue growth and maintain client satisfaction.
- Provide guidance, training, and support to internal teams on pricing approach, market insights, and negotiation techniques.
- Share pricing best practices and industry trends to foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field
- Proven experience in a commercial role within the financial services industry
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex pricing data and market insights.
- Sound knowledge of fund administration services, including fund structures, investor services, and related pricing considerations.
- Excellent strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a keen eye for identifying revenue optimization opportunities.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in pricing analysis tools and financial modelling.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
