Deloitte's Business Tax practice in the UK and globally is structured to meet the needs of our clients. As multinational companies navigate an increasingly challenging and complex tax landscape you will provide a comprehensive range of tax advisory services to our largest and most complex foreign-headquartered clients. Projects include transactions, post-merger integration, cross-border restructuring, financing and business model change. Work with us and our overseas offices to provide innovative and commercial solutions to our clients.

Your role
You will provide tax advisory services to our largest and most complex foreign-headquartered clients. You will be part of a team developing and delivering innovative tax solutions for the most complex problems.
Our dedicated London Foreign Owned tax team is multidisciplinary, providing tax advice in connection with cross-border restructuring, transactions, transfer pricing, treasury tax and digital services tax and you will lead projects within this rapidly growing market leading team, with a clear path for career progression. You will receive continuous training to develop and hone your technical, industry and soft skills.
Responsibilities
- Managing and delivering complex cross border tax advice
- Advising large foreign owned firms on transactions, financing, international expansion, restructuring & business model change
- Working with various technical specialists to solve the most complex problems
- Dealing with tax authorities on technical matters

Location: You will be based in a Deloitte London office, however travel will be required for client based projects. Whilst most clients are London based, some time will be spent off-site with regional and international clients.

Your professional experience
- Managing and delivering projects in connection with International Tax, Treasury Tax and transfer Pricing.
- Experience of working with large and complex multinationals
- The ability to exercise judgement and apply commercial thinking in making client recommendations
- ACA, CTA or equivalent qualification or experience
- UK Corporate Tax experience gained within the accountancy profession.
