PR Events Intern
Location: CHANEL Head office, London
Reports to: Head of Press
Contract: 12 Month Internship, Full Time

Your role @CHANEL:
A broad role that supports the operational aspects of the PR Team to ensure we are providing an Ultimate Luxury Experience for our Press and VIPs. You will liaise with various fashion departments at a UK and Global level, exchanging information and liaising with various levels of management as a result gain an exposure to the different disciplines that drive the business forward. A willingness to learn quickly, and a strong attention to detail will be key to success in this role.

What impact you can create at Chanel:
  • Support the Head of Events to help orchestrate the ultimate luxury in events
  • Smooth co-ordination of the logistics for each event with strong attention to detail and reactivity. Including but not limited to invitation & guestlist management, gifting preparations, and liasing with third party suppliers, pre and post event recaps
  • By bringing proactivity and a positive energy to the team, making it possible to efficiently execute a variety of tasks simultaneously
