Key Responsibilities


Reporting to our Director of Brand & Communications, and working closely with the wider CogX Marketing and Festival teams, we are looking for a highly skilled PPC Manager with experience of events/e-commerce to join the CogX Festival team. The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge and experience with Google Ads, Facebook Ads, integrations with CRMs (Hubspot) and Google Analytics. You will be responsible for managing and executing PPC campaigns to ensure optimal performance and ROI.
Responsibilities:
  • Create and manage PPC campaigns across multiple platforms including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and e-commerce ads.
  • Carry out keyword research and optimise ads to achieve the best possible results for clients.
  • Set up and manage Google Analytics and integrate with CRMs for accurate tracking and reporting.
  • Monitor and analyse campaign performance and adjust strategies as needed to ensure optimal results.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of PPC campaigns with other marketing efforts.
  • Provide recommendations and insights based on data analysis and industry trends.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends, changes, and updates to ensure that PPC campaigns are always optimised.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise


  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in PPC management, with experience of LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and e-commerce ads.
  • In-depth understanding of conversion tracking, lead generation, and integration with CRMs and Google Analytics.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify trends and patterns in complex data sets.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with team members.
  • Proven track record of managing and optimising successful PPC campaigns.
  • Experience with A/B testing, landing page optimisation, and conversion rate optimisation.
