Job description
- Manage a wide range of partnership support activities and coordinate workloads with the rest of the executive team
- Effectively manage all stakeholders both internal & external in relation to the affinity partnerships
- Assist with the identification and sharing of best practice across the Corporate Partnership team
- Identify and implement new systems and processes as appropriate to simplify workloads
- Support commercial opportunities by providing the relevant MI framework
- Effectively manage all affinity partnership operational commitments around SLAs, complaints and incidents.
- Support completion of all Due Diligence questionnaires & audits
- Identify & action any operational trends through monthly operational MI
- Liaise with Operational teams regarding brand metrics & performance ensuring all partner information is accurate.
- Maintain and execute action logs and pro-actively escalate where appropriate
- Provide support for any key projects/development where required
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Ability to manage varying workloads
- Ability to manage tight deadlines
- Ability to priortise own workload & incorporate wider team workloads where applicable
- Insurance/Customer Service experience
- Basic understanding of Microsoft Office functions i.e. PowerPoint etc
- Additional Qualification/Development (Advantageous)
- Industry awareness (Advantageous)
