Job description – PPC Manager
As a PPC Manager, you’ll be working across the company portfolio and team. We expect you to be established within the performance marketing space – having previously led successful paid media strategies. You will be leading paid media on a variety of brands, with junior performance consultants supporting you.
Utilising a consultative approach, you will be working with them to consult across a variety of areas, from paid search to social to programmatic marketing. You will need to be strong with numbers and have a passion for digital marketing (e.g. paid search and social, PPC, and analytics), as you will be working with some of their big-name clients, to provide an exceptional experience and solid knowledge base.
There are opportunities for this role to be involved in a variety of projects from day to day management to consultancy to new business pitching. The role and business are still being shaped and our team are a critical part of that. This is the ideal role for someone who has been working in PPC for the past few years and are looking for their next career move.
Key responsibilities – PPC Manager
In this PPC Manager opportunity for graduates, your responsibilities will include:
- Leading PPC & Paid Social strategies for clients
- Forecasting & providing insights on PPC & Paid Social performance
- Training Junior Performance Consultants to become paid media superstars
- Providing training and support to our clients inhouse teams
- Being involved in our consultancy proposition – auditing brands, providing insights and leading fruitful discussions.
- Speaking at leading industry events such as PPC Hero and Brighton SEO.
- Passion and enthusiasm for performance marketing.
- At least 2 years experience managing large PPC clients, working to different KPI’s and proven experience of driving results and impact.
- Experience of paid social as well would be preferred.
- Experience working on a variety of PPC / Paid Social accounts.
- Experience in developing paid search strategies and forecasting paid search performance.
- Ability to present and communicate paid strategies to stakeholders.
- Demonstrable examples of how you have driven results in performance marketing and worked within a team environment.
