We are seeking a Portfolio Management Office (PMO) Manager to play a crucial role in driving transformative change within our Customer Care transformation portfolio. You will be at the forefront of designing and maintaining the transformation roadmap, working with initiative owners to identify and track achievements, deliverables, and benefits/critical metrics that will drive the successful delivery of our strategic priorities.

As the PMO Manager your key focus will be to manage our transformation governance in the most effective and efficient way. You will consolidate and present portfolio status and initiative updates, identifying trends and addressing potential risks and opportunities. Our role encompasses adeptly handling prioritisation and change control, evaluating the impact of adjustments, and optimally balancing the portfolio. With guidance from the central Digital & Transformation team, you will cultivate PMO best practices and the adoption of agile methodologies, constantly refining our processes.

Key Duties will include:

  • Proven experience of successful delivery of portfolio management office activities
  • Ability to effectively influence individuals and teams (direct/indirect), working collaboratively to deliver results
  • Build and maintain relationships with team members at all levels
  • Works well independently and as part of a team
  • Ability to adapt to dynamically evolving fast-paced environment and use your own initiative to problem solve
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Capable of meeting high-quality standards
