Finance Administrator
Northampton

Full-time, Monday to Friday
£22 – 25,000 depending on level of experience in a similar role
Impact Recruitment have an exciting opportunity for a Finance Administrator to join our client in Northampton. This role will combine administration and finance duties, and would suit a candidate with substantial experience who would prefer to work in a smaller, family-run business. Key duties and responsibilities for the Finance Administrator:
· Accurately input sales and purchase account details using Xero.
· Managing customer queries via email and over the phone.
· Update supplier database and contacting clients to book in annual servicing.
· Process quotations and sales invoices.
· Chase outstanding debts in an efficient and sequenced manner.
· Bank reconciliations
· Input service information and produce reports.
· Reconcile purchase ledger weekly, and process payment of invoices monthly.
· General administrative duties as needed.
Key experience and skills required for the Finance Administrator:
· Previous administration experience.
· Experience in an accounts role
· Excellent written and verbal communication.
· Working knowledge of Microsoft Office is essential.
· Experience using Xero Accounting Software
· Professional telephone manner
· Strong organisation and self-motivation.
· Strong multi-tasker
