What you'll be doing:
Season your career as an Administrator
We're recruiting an experienced Administrator who is friendly, adaptable and can confidently manage general administrative duties for Healthcare on a full time basis, contracted to 37.5 hours per week.
Working alongside, the unit Senior Management Team to ensure that the systems and information relating to Finance, Quality and Health and Safety (H&S) satisfy the auditing requirements of the contract.
To support in the control of all financial, quality, H&S and monitoring requirements and to set the benchmark for quality and carry out relevant training to ensure consistency of approach across the contract.
To liaise with all key stakeholders to develop adequate systems, and then to support the Senior Management Team to implement, and then monitor said systems.

Your key responsibilities will include:
To support the Health and Safety champion in ensuring H&S compliance and quality records are maintained.
To be aware of the responsibility of all employees to maintain a safe and healthy environment for patients visitors and staff.
To ensure quality plans are set up to deliver the requirements of the contract specification.
Must be able to engage with clients to ensure service requirements are not compromised.
To carry out service monitoring in line with agreed schedules as agreed with line manager
To identify and develop opportunities, through initiative ideas and creative thinking by being proactive.
In agreement with the various managers, investigate and evaluate appropriate initiatives for new services.
Action plans are completed following Patient/consumers satisfaction surveys
To ensure that developed monitoring systems are implemented and supported fully to demonstrate compliance to the contract specification.
Implement all relevant HSE procedures within the unit and review them as appropriate.
Implement all relevant financial procedures within the unit and review them as appropriate
Maintain up to date training records for all employees under their control.

Who you are:
Our ideal Administrator will:
Essential:
DBS Cleared to enhanced status.
Experience in auditing
Experience in systems processing i.e. invoicing/ payroll
Exposure or experience in achieving ISO standards
I.T literate
Desirable:
Exposure or Experience of working in Public Sector
Proven track record of improving quality in previous roles
Self motivated and ability to adapt to a changing environment
