Job description
The company is looking for motivated, passionate individuals with good customer service skills and the ability to work within a large team of lifeguards and pool attendants. The successful applicant will be responsible for maintaining high standards in terms of organisation, safety and cleanliness around the park. Waterworld prides itself on providing a safe environment in which our customers can enjoy themselves and our Lifeguards are at the heart of this!
Waterworld will pay you to train as a Waterworld Lifeguard on our internal training programme! What better way to learn new skills and secure yourself a new job?!
You will need to pass a swim test which includes a timed swim and deep water diving. Any candidates who do not currently hold a current NPLQ certificate will need to be available for our Lifeguard course from Monday 15th to Thursday 18th May 2023. This will take place in the evenings from 5-9pm each day.
Requirements:
- Prove competence in swimming - pass a swim test
- Pass the Lifeguard Course
- The successful applicant will be required to undergo a Disclosure and Barring Service (formerly CRB) Check. This disclosure, together with other selection information, will need to be satisfactory to the Company for employment to commence.
Desirable, though not essential:
- National Pool Lifeguard Qualification (NPLQ) or equivalent
