* To greet & communicate with customers in a professional and courteous manner.

* To ensure that you complete the company Health & Safety training programme,
“Your Safety Matters” and follow guidelines as set.
* To work in a safe manner, with due diligence towards yourself, colleagues,
customers and general public at all times.
* You must report accidents, incidents and hazards regarding Health & Safety to
your Manager immediately.
* To ensure that fire regulations are adhered to at all times and assist with
evacuation procedures, if and when required.
* It is your responsibility that your timesheet is completed, signed and submitted to
your line manager by Friday, to ensure payment of wages the following week.
* To ensure that Holiday requests are passed to your line manager for approval, at
least 14 days prior to the required dates.
* You must adhere to the park’s administrative and cash handling procedures, as
instructed by your line manager or administration manager, if applicable.
* To be aware of and comply with staff roster.
* To comply with the company’s dress and uniform policy.
* To be flexible in hours available to work.
* To ensure the pool and ancillary areas are maintained to a high standard of
cleanliness.
* To follow the correct opening and closing procedures.
* You have a duty to safeguard your own health and safety and that of your colleagues, customers and visitors. You also have a duty to co-operate with Management to enable it to comply with its health and safety duties.
*To ensure the safety and enjoyment of guests during the efficient
running of the swimming pool and ancillary areas.
* To ensure the safety of the public at all times.
* To be responsible for first aid when and wherever required.
* To undertake continuous relevant training in relation to customer care, health &
safety, pool plant & lifesaving skills.
* To take responsibility for cash and stock as required.
* To assist other departments as required.
*To assist and supervise guests in the ancillary areas i.e. changing rooms, sauna,
solarium, gym etc.
*General cleaning duties.
*To communicate with other members of your team, both internally and externally
in a professional and courteous manner.
*To work together with your fellow team members to produce standards of
excellence within your department and aiming to exceed customer expectations.
*You may at times be required to assist with duties not directly linked to your Job
Description but commensurate with your position from time to time. Your co-
operation will be appreciated but not abused.
* You have a duty to safeguard your own health and safety and that of your
colleagues, customers and visitors. You also have a duty to co-operate with

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Part-time hours: 10 per week
