We have an excellent career opportunity for the role of Support Worker to join our team here at iBC Healthcare within our Spoilt 4 Choice Day Services Centre in the Leicester LE1 LE4 and LE5 areas to work day shifts. Please note we can only currently hire drivers for this role.

  • Contract: Full-Time roles on Days Monday to Friday with occasional Saturdays. The roles are daytime shifts only.
  • Hours: 30-40 hours a week working between
  • Pay: £9.66 an hour.

Key responsibilities:

  • Supporting young adults and adults with learning disabilities, physical disabilities, complex needs and challenging behaviour within a supported living environment
  • Providing high standards of care and support for service users, in line with care and support plans, compliance with CQC regulations and the care & support policies and procedures
  • Identifying needs and preferences for each individual and providing personal care
  • Encourage good community relationships by promoting a variety of activities
  • Accurately report, record and maintain records as required and working to care plans
  • Be a kind, empathetic and people person who works well in a team.
