Are you a Handyperson looking for part time employment?
If you have experience in carrying out both internal and external property maintenance, and you are looking for part time work this could be the role for you. When you join Longhurst Group as a handyperson based at Ashley Court in Lincoln, you will join a friendly team who work daily to improve the lives of others. In this visible role you will be responsible for providing maintenance, decoration and cleaning to the site adding value and helping to keep the service and properties at a high standard which meets both health safety and COSHH standards.
Each day in this role will be different and your contribution maintaining properties to a high standard will support our vision of improving the lives of our customers.
You will support with general repairs, maintenance and minor building works both internally and externally. In addition you will also help the scheme by successfully carrying out repairs and maintenance to fixtures and fittings as well as maintaining the gardens and completing landscaping.
Your application will need to demonstrate whereby you have previously worked in a similar role or draw attention to your knowledge of maintenance and repairs. This role would suit an individual who enjoys variety in their work, is seeking part time hours and enjoys working alongside customers.
This role is offered on a permanent basis working 15 hours per week. We welcome applicants with trade experience or individuals with a keen interest in property maintenance.
