We work hard to foster an open, supportive culture in which our people feel empowered and are learning something new every day. This has been recognised by our industry trade body, the IPA (Institute of Practitioners in Advertising), with our CPD Gold accreditation, year on year, for outstanding commitment to training and development of our team.

We have a varied client base which we’re very proud of, including major brands such as Laithwaite’s Wines, Zopa and SunLife Financial Services, as well as over 30 charities, including Mind, the RNLI, and Guide Dogs We have created some really exciting campaigns for these clients, including sponsorship of Married at First Sight Australia for ClearScore and an innovative ITV and Twitter partnership for the National Trust.

We celebrate diversity in all its forms, encouraging an inclusive workplace where everyone feels that they belong. Our people are at the heart of everything we do, and we give every person the same opportunity to join and thrive, irrespective of background. We take collective responsibility for our culture and encourage an open and honest dialogue, which makes Medialab feel like a place where you can flourish by being yourself.

The Opportunity:

This is a permanent, full-time client-facing Account Executive job, starting off with a 6-week intensive crash course into the world of digital, media and marketing.

By the end of the 6 weeks, you will be fully qualified with a Google fundamentals qualification and have a plethora of cross-channel and specialist cross-media channel training under your belt. Training will be run by our internal media experts and external partners, including the likes of the IPA, YouGov, Facebook, TikTok and other social media platforms. You will have exposure to clients from an early stage, helping them run active campaigns across all media channels, in a number of different sectors!

The impact you will have:

As a Bootcamper, you will join our growing client teams, learning their craft on a day-to-day basis. You will also spend valuable time gaining exposure to our specialist teams across the business and immersing yourself in TV, print, digital and social media planning.

Client Management:

You will become great at building relationships, managing multiple work streams and working to get the best out of your team, gaining exposure to clients from the early days and starting to build trust with them.

Cross Channel Planning:

Data & Analytics

You will learn to delve deeper into the data and you’ll be trained on Apollo (our marketing intelligence platform), Google Analytics and Google Campaign Manager to develop a rigorous analytical mindset!

Who you are:

We are looking for ambitious individuals who are passionate about multi-channel marketing and hungry to learn.

We don’t mind if you are a school leaver or graduate straight out of college or university, if this is your first role, or you come to us with some experience. As long as you demonstrate proactivity and hunger for learning, we will, in turn, provide you with the platform to kick start your career in marketing at a leading and award-winning media agency!

You will also be:

    Positive, proactive and self-motivated learner.

    Excellent written and verbal English.

Experience using Microsoft Office packages including Outlook, PowerPoint and Word.

Pay:

We take equality, equal opportunities and equal pay very seriously, and want to make sure that our Marketing Bootcamp is accessible to all. Therefore, we will be paying above London Living Wage for the opportunity.
