About the role:

Are you a highly skilled and motivated PMO Specialist looking for an exciting opportunity? Join our dynamic team and be a crucial part of BA’s transformation initiatives. As a PMO Specialist, you will play a vital role in ensuring the successful delivery of projects and programs, working closely with the Head of Transformation Delivery and key partners. Together, we will drive standard methodologies, streamline processes, and enhance the overall performance of our portfolio.

Get ready to make an impact by designing, developing, and implementing pioneering processes and reporting using innovative project and portfolio management (PPM) tools. Your exemplary behaviour and adherence to our brand values will set the standard for others to follow. Collaborate with our Transformation Control team to promote agile ways of working and provide visibility of the entire portfolio, including initiatives, programs, projects, and important metrics. Apply your expertise to create custom dashboards, reports, and analyses that offer valuable insights and empower strategic decision-making.

About you:

  • Demonstrable experience of successful delivery of portfolio management office activities
  • Ability to effectively influence individuals & teams (direct/indirect), working collaboratively to deliver results
  • Handle and maintain relationships with team members at all levels
  • Works well independently and as part of a team
  • Ability to adapt to dynamically evolving fast-paced environment and use your own initiative to problem solve
  • Strong attention to detail
