PMO Coordinator
Salary: Grade 5 (£25,285 - £28,929 p.a. depending on experience)
This role will be based on the university campus, with scope for it to be undertaken in a hybrid manner. We are also open to discussing flexible working arrangements.

We are looking for a PMO Co-ordinator to join the IT Programme Management Office, which is responsible for overseeing delivery of a diverse portfolio of IT projects for one of the biggest universities in the UK.
Working within a team of Portfolio Analysts you will assist the IT PMO with ensuring the success of project and programme teams in adherence to a standardised project methodology and in providing robust management information and governance oversight.
You will be responsible for the collation and review of project and portfolio artefacts and data sets, management of governance schedules, coordination of project stage-gates and health checks and the administration of IT PMO mailbox, SharePoint sites, document repositories and project management tools. You will be managing day-to-day finance and purchasing processes and drive month end financial process across IT Project Delivery.
You will play a key role in helping IT PMO establish a consistent and effective way of onboarding resources and building relevant capabilities through the provision, and delivery, of a training schedule encompassing all areas of Project and Programme governance, policies and tools.
