The role
We are looking for a PMO Assistant to join the council’s Change Delivery team. This role provides an exciting opportunity to play in continuing the transformation journey, across the Council, defining and maintaining the standards within the Change Delivery function, and managing and reporting on our growing ‘portfolio of work’.
We are developing new solutions and services that transform the way digital services are delivered and managed by the Council. So far we have transformed over 50+ processes, and are continuing to optimise how Residents and Businesses request services from the Council.
Key skills
We want someone who is looking for a new challenge, is highly organised and familiar with Project Management principles, tools and documentation. You must be able to communicate effectively with people at all levels and be able to prepare project reports and presentations for a senior audience.
Ideally you should have experience of working in a project environment, with an ability to manage competing demands and a passion to deliver change.
