Canon Europe is looking for a Marketing and Project Management Professional (internally known as Service & Support Business Development Professional) that will join the newly created Business Development team and will drive the design and development of new service & support propositions by ensuring project management of activities and acting as a subject matter expert for service & support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead team’s key role and projects for new services in collaboration with IT and relevant stakeholders
• Drive the go-to-market activities to ensure successful launch and commercialisation of new service & support propositions in collaboration with marketing, sales and country teams
• Create new monetised services based on the insight from customer and market data analysis and best practice
• Develop and update service & support roadmap
• Contribute to service & support strategy development
• Reviewing success of services post launch to ensure continued growth and profitability and value to our customers
• Continuous personal growth and development

Salary: between £47,250 and £56,250 dependent on experience plus 10% bonus

What we ask

Personal Specification e.g. Technical skills, knowledge, experience required

• Project management skills, ability to coordinate a virtual team and get results
• Understanding of enterprise IT systems (ERP, reporting etc.)
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Experience and high interest in data, data mining and generating insight
• Strong communication skills

• Fluency in English, other European languages advantageous
