As an Environmental Health Practitioner, what will you get up to?
As part of our EHP team, you will...
- Carry out audits of course, but you'll also get to explore other areas of safety such as training, ad-hoc consultancy and more
- Ensure that every audit you perform is delivered and uploaded on time and in full - the good news is that thanks to our easy-to-use Audit Upload Tool, your days won't be spent writing up reports
- Be responsible for the quality of all written and verbal communication to, and on behalf of our clients
- Make sure that you meet your individual performance targets
- Organise your own diary, workload and expenses, supported by our Service Co-ordinators and Audit Team Manager
- Take part in our Auditor Rating Scheme to help maintain the quality of the services we provide
- Produce and deliver special tasks as directed by the Service Co-ordinators
- Use your technical knowledge to support the other teams within the business
- Support sales with clear and concise communication for sales leads
- Be part of our out-of-hours Helpline team and make sure our customers can get in touch with someone if they need support
What do you need to become one of our EHPs?
To be considered for this role, you need to...
- Have a BSc (Hons) or MSc (Hons) in Environmental Health
- Have experience dealing with health and safety or risk/compliance solutions
- Have 2+ years of industry experience
- Have excellent report, presentation and communication skills, both verbal and written
- Be able to demonstrate the ability to manage you own time effectively
- Have strong relationship building skills
- Be IT literate and competent on MS Office 365
