About the role
As a Residential Care Worker, you will have the responsibility of the care and support of young people, maintaining a high level of care within the essential standards of quality and safety.
You will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills and will engage effectively with young people, providing individual support and advice, and implementing care plans. You will be committed to improving the lives of our young people and achieving positive outcomes.
Previous experience of working with young people is essential for this role.
If you are successful in your application for this role you will need to be flexible, work on a rota, covering 7 days a week, 365 days a year.
