What you'll be doing:

Your impact:

  • You will be responsible for supporting the Head of Programme Management on smooth day-to-day operations of the Transformation office in a fast paced environment.
  • You will have knowledge of Finance Transformation and consolidate inputs and priorities to shape content for C-Suite, Board Level and Partner meetings supporting effective delivery.
  • You will deliver and manage a robust governance structure to support Senior Management Team meetings, setting agendas, capturing, and tracking actions, agenda pipeline management and creation and maintenance of resource repository.
  • Partnering with PMO in steering functional programme calls, informing the agenda, identifying topics/content and collating assets accordingly.
  • You will act as a point of contact between senior management, advising and reporting to the Head of Programme Management providing programme oversight and escalation.
  • Be a role model to the wider team WPP by showcasing our values and principles, leading from the front and by example.

Your responsibilities:

  • Business consulting experience within a complex matrix organisation.
  • Lead daily operations including supporting the Group Transformation Director on effective decision making.
  • Run cadence for leadership meetings, board meetings and leadership offsites including structure and delivery of communication to the function.
  • Run workshops across the agencies, including senior stakeholders and drive outputs at pace.
  • Manage governance schedule and ensure key messages are communicated through strategic story telling.
  • Working with the PMO, have oversight of programme status and provide counsel and escalation where required.
  • Ensure the function is productive and can deliver at pace, focusing on long-term planning and projects to ensure vision is being executed.
  • Manage key stakeholders across the organization, including across agencies and departments

What you'll need:

  • Consulting or industry experience in transformation capacity.
  • Advanced PPT and excel skills
  • Gravitas, confidence, and ability to influence at a senior level
  • Excellent stakeholder management capability
  • Ability to work autonomously, identify clear priorities in an environment of continuous and complex change
  • Superb written/oral communication skills
  • Ability to adapt communication and leadership skills to different stakeholder groups
