PMO Analyst – Birmingham – Permanent Position: PMO Analyst Location: Birmingham Contract: 12 Months FTC Hours: Full Time Salary/Benefits: £45,000

Role Details – PMO Analyst
We are currently looking for an experienced PMO Analyst to join a legal and professional services provider based in Birmingham on an FTC.

The PMO Analyst will be responsible for ensuring the smooth delivery and reporting of a range of programmes and projects for a 12-month fixed term. You will support the Head of Solution Delivery in maximising value of resource in the delivery of our project portfolio. This role will see you have a particular focus on delivering IT capabilities and projects
Key responsibilities of the PMO Analyst

Tracking project and programme information to ensure that projects stay on track and enabling project teams to work efficiently and effectively.
Analysing project data to form recommendation to form thinking of improved project delivery practices. Supporting the project/change sponsor in writing clear requirements that can be easily translated into technical requirements
Creating monthly portfolio reporting pack to deliver to senior management Supporting test plan creation and execution as part of release management of change
Ad hoc programme/project level support
Managing Portfolio critical path

Key skills required of the PMO Analyst

Knowledge of project management tools and techniques
Project planning, estimation, and contract management skills.
Excellent troubleshooting skills and the ability maintain relationship with senior stakeholders
