The successful candidate will support project and program teams in all aspects of governance. Candidates will need to be comfortable working in a matrix style, as part of a relatively small central team, collaborating with technology SMEs and project managers embedded in different technology departments and business units.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain complex project plans.
- Produce reports and communication artefacts for working groups and steering committees.
- Maintain project RAID and action logs and associated reporting.
- Maintain Agile artefacts such as sprint boards, story maps and portfolio plans.
- Participate in and lead Agile ceremonies for the project team.
- Maintain Agile artefacts such as sprint boards, story maps and portfolio plans.
- Develop and maintain strong working relationships with partners in Technology and the various business units.
- Build and maintain project artefacts in Excel – including PowerQuery and PowerBI, Visio, JIRA, Microsoft Project and SharePoint
Requirements:
- PMO analyst experience, ideally for a global financial services institution
- Experience of project planning, delivery management and program management
- Exposure to Agile methodology
- Strong problem solving and analytical skills.
- Self-motivated individual and creative thinker who will take ownership of tasks and projects, able to work with the global team, and manage time and tasks effectively and independently.
- Experienced user of Excel (Power Query and PowerBI), Visio, JIRA, Microsoft Project and SharePoint.

- Strong financial services business knowledge.
- Strong communication and networking skills.
